Our flat rate standard delivery charge is £2.50 on all orders up to the value of £50 to UK addresses.
Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge to UK addresses.
Orders are shipped by MyHermes or Royal Mail 1st Class Post and we aim to ship within 2 days of your order. Larger orders are shipped using Next Day Courier, which will require a signature
(Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday)
Please note that although Bigfoot Basketball Limited endeavours to accurately describe and/or depict each product on the Website, some descriptions or photographs may be of a generic nature and not specific to the particular product you wish to buy.
However, should you be dissatisfied with the product you receive for any reason (except as noted below), you are entitled to return the product to Bigfoot Basketball Limited for a full refund within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
* You should notify our office of the proposed return within 5 days of delivery.
* The product should be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.
* The product should be in the same condition as you received it.
* Made-to-Order / Branded products, for example club or team branded products that are made to order, are ONLY returnable, if the product is faulty. Noting timings above.
* You will be responsible for your own shipping costs.
Once the returned product is received a refund will be actioned within 5 working days.
